The Libby features a fitted bodice, scooped neckline and split butterfly sleeves that fall into a scooped back. The mostly covered yet flattering rear view of the dress features a cut out detail at the top of the back, which further compliments the playful shoulder design. From the waistline falls a fitted mermaid silhouette and floor length skirt. This design is constructed with a stretch knit that is flattering on the body and comfortable to wear.
