Returns and refunds policy.

 We ask our clients to please choose carefully and not purchase, pay deposits or pay for hires without being sure of their choice.

We will not refund you if you change your mind or your circumstances change.

This applies to both purchases and hires.

We will however accommodate you by letting you swop for another gown within 7 days of purchasing or hiring or receiving your goods by post. The gown must be unused and not altered.

Alternatively, we can provide you with a store credit to be used within 6 months.

Goods sold on clearance at a reduced price or goods sold during a sale at a reduced price are not able to be exchanged at all.

 We use the consumerprotection.govt.nz guideline:

"A business doesn’t have to allow you to return an item you have simply changed your mind about. However, some stores have their own in-store policy to offer a refund, exchange or credit note for ‘change-of-mind’ purchases"

"Usually when you buy a product or service the contract is final. If you simply change your mind, your circumstances have changed or you find cheaper products elsewhere, the retailer or service provider does not have to provide a refund or exchange."
